OneNote make section GROUPS appear BEFORE section tabs

Is there any way to make section GROUPS appear BEFORE section tabs. Reading left to right I would like all the section groups to appear FIRST followed by all the ungrouped section tabs. Seems like it should be just drag and drop but this does not appear to work.

If not, at the very least can I REARRANGE the section groups? They appear to be listed alphabetically which is not desirable.

    This is a by design feature, you can submit this feature request as feedback using the feedback function of OneNote.

    To rearrange the section groups, you can add numbers before the name of the section names.
