Oops, we couldn't connect to "SessionDesktop"

I am getting below error when I try to launch SessionDesktop from Azure Virtual Desktop.
this error only for me and my friends and the rest of my teams able to access to the machine.
Remote Desktop client works, web access not

Is this AAD joined host? If it's only AAD joined session host, you need to change Host Pool properties. Please follow below steps.
Navigate to Host Pool -> Select the Host Pool where Azure AD joined VMs are located.

Click on RDP properties.
Click on … button and select Advanced button.

Enter targetisaadjoined:i:1 as the last custom properties and click Save to apply changes.

AAD joined users.
i created total 10 session limit, when me and my friend try to access the AVD, we are getting this error. But rest of the user can access the AVD

The above solution should help in case of AAD joined users. as mentioned by @Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko , MFA should be disabled for AAD users.
For similar issue, when removed windows VM sign-in from the Condition Access policy and the user will be able to login to VM with AAD logins.

Note: you can exclude MFA requirement by configuring Conditional Access policy that excludes "Azure Windows VM Sign-In" app from the list of cloud apps that require MFA.

Is this AzureAD only scenario or is on-prem Active Directory used?

MFA should be disabled on AAD users who needs to join RDP sessions.

If that's the case no one should be able to log into the device, right? Some of the users are able to log into the device but some of them aren't. I double checked the VM user login role also. For me this problem started right after 3rd machine. I was successfully able to log into first 2 machine in different host pool. When I created third machine in another host pool all of a sudden, I was not able to log into any machine.
