Chatbot Framework requires QnA Subscription Key

Hello,
As per Microsoft announcement (here) no new QnA Maker resources can be created post 1st October 2022.
Yet, the Bot Framework Composer (v2.1.2) still requires a QnA Maker Subscription Key to work :-( (see screenshot below)

How can I use the Bot Framework Composer with Azure Cognitive Service for Language? I already have a Knowledge Base created using the Language Studio.

@KA You should be able to deploy your custom question answering project or KB from language studio and this should provide an option to Get the prediction URL, this will list the key for your resource. This key is basically the language resource subscription key.

You can substitute this value and check if the newer language resource key which contains the Q&A feature works with your bot framework composer bot.

@romungi-MSFT I have tried following the steps but I believe some more guidance is needed here.
Below is what I did:

I went to Language Studio, then into my deployed Knowledge Base and then clicked on Get Prediction URL. Below is what I see and I copied the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key (identified with red color) to put in the Bot Framework Composer

I then put this value in the Bot Framework Composer as shown below

When I click on the Setup QnA Maker Resource and provide the requisite Subscription related information here is what I get

Is this because my Subscription is "Azure for Students" or there is another reason for this error?

@KA Yes, most likely a subscription level free limit is reached. Although, you can create a search service with 50 MB storage for 10,000 hosted documents and 3 indexes per service the free limit for your subscription might be reached with any of the existing resources. You can delete unwanted resources and try again or convert your subscription to pay as you go.
