Azure DF Architecture or Power BI Data Mart for a Data Ware house

Hello techies,

I would like to know the best approach in implementing a data warehouse to support orchestration (batch data ingestion from different sources, data transformation joining the different datasets, and loading or exposing data for mainly Tableau consumption through Tableau Data Services (Tableau cloud). Organization is a development bank with various portfolio and project information (Thousands of records but diverse data and bad quality due to no single central resource for analytical support).

We have different opinion between the IT Software Architecture and me the Business and Data Architect
