Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
Yesterday we have ported the phone numbers from Sewan Belgium provider to Microsoft.
The issue occurs that if a customer calls and we hang-up in teams the call is not being ended at the customer side and keeps on calling.
Please note: As seen on the screenshot the time in the usage preview is different than when the call actually happened.

Have your tried to login Teams web client to see if this issue can be reproduced?
In this case, please contact your IT admin to check if the following ports and IP addresses are opened:
Ports: UDP ports 3478 through 3481
IP addresses: 13.107.64.0/18, 52.112.0.0/14, and 52.120.0.0/14

The issue still persists with other users.
Do have any idea where do we have to check those IP ranges? We have looked in our firewall, but the office has no restrictions.
