Facing issue while dropping a sqlite table with Nuget sqlite-net-pcl 1.8.116

Hi,
We are using Nuget package sqlite-net-pcl 1.8.116 and in some cases we are facing issues while dropping the sqlite table and getting database table is locked. Please help us in finding out the cause of this error.
