QuickFolders-like addon for Outlook

There is an extension for Thunderbird called QuickFolders which lists folders in a vertical view. Is there an addon for Outlook which provides a similar function?

    Do you mean the folders listed in Outlook as shown in the below figure?

    If so, you just need to switch to Folder view in Outlook. References: Show all folders.
