Bright and Beautiful Day!

I have been running in circles trying to work out the challenges I have. I currently have a Microsoft account that has Azure setup but does NOT have Office 365 associated with it. I also have my 'XBox' Microsoft account that does have my O365 account associated with it. I have multiple custom domains with Godaddy and want to stop using their email hosting setup (im already paying for O365), and I need to setup and transfer multiple domains into my O365 setup. I was able to (can't remember exactly how at this point) setup one of my custom domains and move hosting of that domain to Microsoft. I cannot seem to get the associated backend management of O365 and the user accounts in conjunction with the custom Domains all figured out. I have used the Admin.microsoft.com location only to find that I do not have the O365 service associated with that particular account (not quite sure how that worked out).

Ultimately I have multiple Microsoft accounts (Azure being a focus on one of them, and XBox being the focus on the other)

Goal for this post:

Setup at least 3 different Custom Domains to host emails for multiple user accounts (my family domain names - Wife, Son(s), and myself)

Understand the Administration of O365 from the Microsoft Structure perspective.

Maybe I just purchased O365 in the wrong account, I'm not quite sure, but this seems like a mess that I keep going around in circles with.

If I need to transfer my O365 service to my Microsoft account (not the XBox version where it is), is there a way to Migrate it over with all current settings and structure.

Thank you

    Hi @Steven Lord ,
If I could configure the Admin area within the account that has Office365 personal, that would solve everything.
Do you want to add an external account to manage your tenant?
According to my search , the partner admin may be able resolve the issue you are facing.
