Portfolio analysis - resource constraint

Question

Hi friends!
i want to perform portfolio analysis using both cost and resource constraints using microsoft ppm (ex.Project server). I succeed to perform cost analysis but when i move to resource analysis, i find some roles with 0 as a capacity and all the table "demand" is empty, indicating that all the 05 projects that i am using for the analysis dont contain resource requirements.
given that i am using entreprise resources (named resources) that i assigned them to project tasks to calculate the project demands.
Is there any expert who could help me please?
