Azure cloud-only pw-based LDAPS not binding

Question

Wea re trying to set up SSO with a vendor web app. Oracle support is advising to use a DN which we do not have in Azure cloud-only. What can we do to make this work?
SQL Error message - ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: Invalid credentials. 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090439, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e
LDAP Error message: Password/credential is invalid.

Update: You already had opened a case (2210310010003197) with our support team, where they engaged our engineering team to review this issue.

Multiple tenants had reported this issue, our team analyzed the logs and have deployed the fix to mitigate this issue.
