Hi,
Does your users as temporary profile set, that unload/erase at logoff, and do you use profile disk on both server ?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
SSIS Package fails with "Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion".
When we validated through process monitor logs, we came to know that IIS Process configured using the same service account is closed because of idle timer expired and while iis process(w3wp.exe) is closed, the user profile service is unloading the profile information for the same service account. If any SSIS package is running during the profile unload, it fails with above mentioned error.
But in lower environments (UAT and SIT), user profile service is not unloading the profile information at all. Only in Production server this behavior is happening.
Could anyone suggest what would be cause for the User Profile Service (svchost.exe) to behave differently in two different servers.
Details:
OS: Windows Server 2019 [Version 1809 - OS Build 17763.3532]
SSIS: SQL Server Integration Services 15.0
User Profile Service: svchost.exe

I am not windows admin and not aware of much things from windows server 2019. Also not getting any help from windows admin. Both SSIS Package and IIS Apppool is configured with same service account (created in AD server). How to validate if temporary profile is set for this service account and validate if user profile disks are used.
