Client Settings Hierarchy in MECM

I'm looking to understand how MECM client settings are combined at the client when multiple client settings bundles are applied? Is there a hierarchy reference or the like? The guide here simply states its complex but gives no detail :(

For example, say a have a Boolean setting available to me in the client settings. I create a client settings config CS1 and set it to true and another CS2 that does not set it at all. I apply both policies to a client. It seems CS1 settings for that boolean take effect so the policies are merged at least.

When you create custom client settings, you set the priority. The setting and the value applies according to this set priority.

    Hi,

    Priority goes from 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 then .... 10000.

The custom setting with Number 1 will happen last, aka overwrite custom setting with Number 2, 3… and then the default ones.
    (1 = Highest priority, 10000 = Lowest priority)

Hope it helps. Thanks for your time.
