Photoimpact 12 & KB5018418

Question

After the install of KB5018418 Ulead Photoimpact 12 will not load. Hangs while loading image files. I attempted to run Photoimpact 13 X3 and it will not load as well.

How can I uninstall KB5018418? to have my ancient useful programs work again?
