Basically I am tech support generalist lvl1 and i need to escalate to level 2. What certificvations should i take?

    Unfortunately MS Certifications is not supported on this forum.

    On a side note, this is probably something you should speak to your company/supervisor with or investigate what jobs are currently available on the market. If there are jobs that require certain knowledge, then check into what Microsoft certifications are available for that specific knowledge set.

    Remember, certifications are great for a resume, but it is important to be able to produce that knowledge when you are holding the job.
