Excessive internet traffic running out of my internet quota.

Hello,
There is an application on Windows 2012 server that is running out of my internet quota. How can I detect it. All windows and application updates are closed. I have scanned for virus and worm, trojan.

    Have you had a look at your resource monitor to determine if there is any additional traffic running?
