This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I'm new to windows server and I have a server running windows server 2019 essentials.
It's set as my domain controller, running iis (3 websites), an application based ERP.
Of late it's been way to slow to open anything - like click on an app and it opens about 10 mins later - but the memory and CPU never exceed 50% at any point during it's normal operations.
I'm struggling to understand why.

You might consider splitting the IIS role off to a member server. It isn't recommended to mix other roles on a domain controller. Also a security risk with IIS on domain controller.
