Cannot print to a shared USB Printer on network

Hi, Please could someone help me with this issue?

This is happening to me on more than one PC, including one I just built.

It seems the possible answer is to install the update KB5007253 but when trying I get this message "This update is not applicable to this computer" as per the user who posted the last comment on the above thread, even though I have selected the right update for my 64 Bit Ver 22H2 PC?

We are trying to print to various label printers on the network, so we really need this working.

Any help would be much appreciated.
