Azure Bastion cannot launch

Dear Microsoft Team,

I hope everything is going well with you!

When trying to connect to my virtual machine using Bastion, I kept getting the following message "Connection Error: Log in failed. Please reconnect and try again."

I selected "deploy bastion using default settings" when creating it, and I haven't changed any Bastion configuration settings. Could you please help me on this?

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.
I understand that you are facing issues with Azure Bastion.

As suggested by @Manu Philip , can you please check if Bastion requirements are met

Refer: Working with NSG access and Azure Bastion

Also, can you please check if you are able to RDP to a different VM in the same VNet as the Bastion?

This will help us narrow down if the issue is with Bastion or the VM.

Have you created a special subnet as needed for bastion?
