The domain user cannot perform operations with certificates. But if you are part of a GPO-implemented admin group, you can perform operations with certificates.

    What Operations is that with Certificates? If it is a standard User Certificate via the templates check the permissions and here is the detailed steps for this to verify - planning-for-certificate-template-permissions

    Hi @JimmySalian-2011

    The user must install a certificate when performing banking operations. Try to add as local admin to the user but it still doesn't work. The only way that worked is adding the user in a GG ADMIN group and implementing it by GPO.

    I will review the configuration of certified templates...
