How do I get past this "bad_module_info" when I open up a .dll or .vst3

I bought some virtual studio technologies (VST's) the other day and when I try to open them up in my program of choice (FL Studio). It either crashes the program and says "FL Studio has stopped working" or I get a message saying "bad_module_info". It only happens with these specific plug-ins. I've tried opening both the .vst3 and the .dll files in either the 64bit or 32bit versions of the program. They weren't successful. I've reinstalled both the VST's. I've updated my FL Studio program on the 4th of November 2022. And nothing seems to make them work. How can I open my plugin without getting this "bad_module_info" error message or crashing my FL Studio program?

May need to reach out to the vendor for support.
