i opened my xbox one and it said i wasnt connected so i went to go connect my internet and it wasnt connecting saying i needed more authentication ive tried entering alt mac address resetiing my xbox but keeping the games and apps resetting my router restarting my xbox entering dns and plugging in a ehternet cable but nothing has worked
