Unable to Receive Code in Microsoft Authenticator App

I am unable to receive the Code on my Authenticator App in order to regain access to my Outlook business email. I have deleted the app and restored it. It appears that the App is also currently linked to my business email address. I am at a loss on what to do next. Thank you for any ideas you may have.

    Did you backup and configure in the Auth App? If yes you can restore the backup from the cloud and use it. If not you will have to use other alternatives to restore the account access.
