Windows HLK signautre certification file valitiy period

Question

Hi

My company has submitted windows 2022 server HLK report for RNDIS driver (uploaded Windows Hardware Dev Center) in April, and obtained the digital signature certification file, but is has expired and cannot be used.

So, there are the following 2 questions :

1. Does the digital signature certification file have an expiration date??
   In other words, if it expires, do I have re-run the HLK testing and re-submit ??
   Or only re-purchase is enought??
2. I submitted the report and obtained the digital signature certification file in April, why the validity period only half year???
