In Windows 11, Notepad process, LoadLibrary is not able to search DLL although the path is specified in the Environment Path variables.

Hi,

In Windows 11 notepad application, when we click CTRL+P and select our printer and click on "More Settings". Our driver user interface opens, in that driver process, we are using LoadLibrary(DLLName) to Load DLL, and Dll path is specified in environment path variables. But LoadLibrary is not able to load the DLL. Same process is successful when we perform in other Windows OS or even using Microsoft word in windows 11, it is successful. Please help to resolve this. Please let me know if this can be Microsoft windows 11 Notepad issue.
