Customizing Change Password Page

Hi,

I would like to ask where I can customize / edit the "change password rule hint".

As shown on the attached image "", there are some password rule hints. The screenshot was captured in an article in Microsoft Support page, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/change-your-work-or-school-account-password-97fced88-e0e7-4d7b-a9d3-936a3dcbd569

However, there is no password rule hint when I tried on my side. Please find the attached image "".

Since my company changed the minimum password length from 8 to 12 and there is no password hint, many users claimed that they couldn't change the password. Therefore, I would like to know whether it is possible to add some hints in the "change password page".

Researched on this ask and checked internally with my teams as well, we have received this feedback from many customers, engineering team is reviewing this ask, however there is no ETA for this feature request.

Are you not seeing the expected password reset hint page for the following url as bellow? Looks like your requirement is not much clear
