Hello.

I am having trouble with Device Update for IoT Hub's "Create deployment" with an error.
What is the cause of this error and how can I resolve it?

"Create deployment" was successful on 10/28 Japan time.
Since 10/31, an error has occurred and it has never succeeded.

The procedure for generating the error is as follows.

  1. Import the firmware and manifest file from "Import a new update" in the "Updates" section of the IoT Hub.
  2. At "Group and Deployments," select a group and choose "Deploy".

  3. Select "Deploy".

  4. Select "Create".

  5. A "Status Code: 400" error occurs.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello @Hinata Katsunori ,

Can you check the access settings for the Azure Device Update service principal as described in configure-access-control-device-update
Based on the error message I believe your ADU instance has issues to access the IoT Hub instance. Also please check that the linked IoT Hub instance works as expected.
