Personal Profile is not getting synced with Microsoft Official Account

I have completed Azure 900 from my personal account. But I am not able to sync it with official account.

It is saying that profile will get merged but not getting merging and not seeing under certification details.

Tried it after clearing the cache and cookie. But same issue.
