How to reschedule AZ-900 exam?

Hi team,
Today I had AZ-900 exam on 12.45pm, my check in time was 12.15. At time of check in during network check it stopped reason being minimum 6mbps speed required. As per process I had done system check yesterday and it was successfully done and there was no issue at that time. Both times my internet speed was same then how can they pass system check and not at time of exam. So please look in this and help me with it to reschedule exam.

    Hi,
    A scheduled exam can be modified up to 48 hours before the orginal scheduled time. After that it's not possible to modify the scheduling but you can eventually make a request to expose your inconveniences. It will be examinated by Pearson VUE and maybe they will offer you a delay to reschedule your exam.
