Cannot find cerfication under my personal account

Question

Hi,

I achieved my DP-203 certification early this year. I booked it via the ESI portal using my personal account and linked to my work to get the ESI discount.
I have received an email to my personal account email address from Microsoft letting me know I can do the renewal. But the certification doesn't show under my personal account for me to do, instead the screen will show 'No certification profile found. Is your certification profile under another personal account?'.
I am certain it is under the same personal account email address as that is where I received the email from Microsoft for renewal.
Please could you help?

I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
