Which version of Visual Studio are you using? Do you use any security measures such as a firewall or a proxy server?

Besides, please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If you have any third-party extension installed on your VS, please temporarily disable or uninstall them under Extensions > Manage Extensions > Installed.
