Join azure VM to both Azure AD and on-prem AD ?

My VM OS is win 2019 server and WIn 10 Multisession OS

Can we join Azure VM to Azure AD and on-premises AD also ?

While creating azure VM , i select the option "Login to Azure AD" and then the VM created will be part of Azure AD . command is dsregcmd /status

But later when i try to join this VM to on-prem AD , i get the error message
"This device is joined to Azure AD. To join an Active directory domain, you first go to settings and choose to disconnect your device from your work or school"
