Synch Disabled OU to update title/department to reflect in Exchange online

I created new Dynamic groups in Exchange online which are mainly based off Title and Department. When I view the members of each group it was including Disabled users that had the same title and department. I was able to change all disabled users title/department to unassigned. We checked the Disabled Users OU in Azure to sync. We did a full sync. I was able to verify in O365 the disabled users title and department now displays unassigned, but in Exchange online, the title and department has not changed.

    Syncing from Azure to EXO can also take several hours, so you may need to wait a little longer.
