Unable to connect to synopsys.detect feom azure devops

I am using azure devops and created black duck and black duck proxy connection for synopsys detect.
While running the pipeline, i am getting below error:-

Unable to connect to https:\detect.synopsys.com

The pool which i am using in the azure.xml is unbuntu-latest
Please solve this .
