Is there a Management Pack or Connector that will automatically assign a NEW alert to a specific resolution state in SCOM 2019 excluding the Alert Update Connector Pro from SCOM2k7 website?

my Org wants to automate NEW alerts to the group responsible for the alert. When an alert triggers for a server, we want that alert to automatically change the resolution state to the resolution ID of the application group responsible for the server that triggered the alert. I was doing some googling and I found the SCOM Alert Update Connector Pro, but we are not able to use it here in my organization. Is there a Management Pack similar to that or something that is able to be implemented easily that Microsoft created or that is widely used in the SCOM community?

I am on SCOM 2019 UR4 in my environment.

Thank you in advance.

Maybe a command line notification channel. That may be able to trigger a command to set the priority/severity in response to specific alerts. You could also do something in PowerShell or even Orchestrator.

    Hi @JulianConcepcionCruz-8975,

You won't find another solution like the Alert Connector Pro, which you can use directly. You have to build one. Andrew has a point here, I would also go for a Command Line Notification Channel also. What you need to figure out is how the instance, which triggers the alert is related to the respective group. The rest is just simple configuration.
Based on what do you assign alerts to the respective group? What is the logic? I could help you put the script for the notification channel together if I know how each alert can be related to a group in an automnated way (Names, Sevrity, other alert properties, etc...)
