group policy value

Hi All

I want to apply the below two cis benchmark policies.

1. Deny access to this computer from the network' to include 'Guests, Local account and member of Administrators group
   Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Deny access to this computer from the network
2. Deny log on through Remote Desktop Services' is set to 'Guests, Local account'
   Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Deny log on through Remote Desktop Services

I have applied the policy and when i scan using our vulnerability scanner it says policy is not applied. i see the below output experts guide me how to put the values.

1. Policy Value: 'guests' && 'local account and member of administrators group' -->This is for Deny access to this computer from the network
2. Policy Value:'guests' && 'local account' --> This is for Deny log on through Remote Desktop Services
