How to move Exchange 2016 (Transacation Logs) Only from One Drive to Another Drive with in Server?

Hello Team

At present Exchange Transaction Logs in Logs(L : ) Drive (400GB) . after purge total 5GB Only it takes in Drive.
We planned to reduce the Transaction Logs Drive from Logs(L : ) Drive (400GB) to Created New Drive Logs(M : ) Drive (20GB)

Now i would like to Exchange PowerShell command for Moving Transaction Logs from Logs(L : ) Drive (400GB) to Created New Drive Logs(M : ) Drive (20GB)
Note:- DB's are already in Different Drives.

Only my concern is moving Logs without any impact. During logs move any impact to exchange Server?

How are you going to use PowerShell to move logs?

If you use the Move-DatabasePath cmdlet, please note: It will dismount the database temporarily, so it will cause you downtime. We recommend that you perform the move during off-hours.
