Cannot Publish to Azure from Visual Studio with my Personal Account

Question

I am trying to learn from Microsoft site and one of the steps says that Publish to the Azure on the web and login as a Coincerge subscription. I am stuck and cannot continue with the lessons. However I do not know what does it mean but after investigating, in one of the articles it was mentioned that check your Azure Settings and switch the directory which shall solve the problem.

When I login to the Azure Portal with my Personal account and go to Settings -> Directories + subscriptions, I do not see any thing to switch. However when I click on My Information, I see the following errors:

Tell me, is your Azure account the same as your Visual Studio account?
If not, you can try to solve this by accessing the site https://my.visualstudio.com, in the "Subscriptions" section, and finally use the Alternate Account, to use your Azure account to authorize your visual studio account to use Azure services.

Another approach may be to use your Azure account directly in Visual Studio.

I do not have any alternative account in my VS subscription.

However, I resolved my problem by logging out and logging in again.
Actually, when I enabled my learning Sandbox from the Microsoft site, I was not able to log in to the Azure Portal and all I see was the error. However, when I tried the logging out and logging in again, it showed me the text (something like) "Learn Sandbox" below my log-in name.
