Stumped too - Tried everything in other threads to no avail :(
Win10 Pro - 22H2 - catadnew.cpp - line 1499 - 0x00000057 - is that a tempory performance issue?

Recently I was having an issue after updating from 21H2 to 22H2
I updated into 22H2 with Windows10Upgrade9252.exe
The other forum decided not to look into the issue further.

Internet access is working.

Does anyone know what line 1499 is expected to do?
Could it be related with a time out?

For the moment I assume it is a temporary network issue but I felt better if the error message would be more comprehensive.
The OS is running in a VM.
