cannot view message in explorer under message trace

I'm trying to view messages that result when tracing on Exchange Online however clicking "view message in explorer" always loads a blank page. In addition, picking to hunt for the message generates an error. The account I'm using is a global administrator. Any idea what I need to change to be able to view them? 258395-image.png

    1) Clear cache in your browser:

    2) Open a ticket with Microsoft at > Help & support
