Is it possible to generate a report of allowed programs in Windows Defender for all domain joined endpoints

Hi Everyone,

I have a customer who is looking to generate a report for allowed programs/applications in Windows Defender for audit reasons. I see the option to export a list from "Windows Defender with Advanced Firewall", but that would be rather tedious to have to go and manually export the list for each and every endpoint. Would anyone know if there is a native way to generate this information for all domain-joined endpoints? I'm sure this can be done with powershell, but in an effort to simplify this for my customer I wanted to know if there are any native or 3rd part applications that can help us gather this information.

Thanks in advance!
