Microsoft Bookings Date availability not respecting earliest start date

MS Bookings - Start Date Set but allowing customers to schedule prior to designated date range.
We have an upcoming project that starts 11/28 and I have set this in both our Services >Availability options:

Image as well as the "Booking Page>Default Scheduling Policy". Despite these settings, customers are able to book as early as this afternoon (See below).

James, I searched google with your subject line and found a solution that worked.

To restrict the dates for a service in Microsoft Bookings, you need to¹²³⁴:

1. Go to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/services and edit the service that you want to restrict the dates.
2. Under "Availability options" => Availability, mark "General availability" as "Not bookable".
3. Click on "Set different availability for a date range" to configure the time you want the service to be bookable.
4. If you only want this booking to be active within a certain period, set availability between two dates with option "Bookable when staff are free".

Alternatively, you can create an "Offer" Bookings page⁵.
