I am considering commercial use of GUIX.
GUIX has the following three built-in system fonts.
gx_system_font_4bpp
gx_system_font_8bpp
gx_system_font_mono
What are the licenses for these fonts?
Are they free?
Is it a BSD license?

Those fonts are based on the BitStream Vera font. I have attached the Vera font license for your review.258816-vera-license.txt
You can also find a copy of this license in the guix/fonts/verasans directory after you clone the GUIX repository.
