powershell install for HEIF Image Extensions?

Hi is there a simple powershell script that can install HEIF Image Extensions on client machines?

I have been asked to deploy this through sccm but there is no msi file to package.

I came upon this, but I this is more of a manual command to get to the product via the ms store: start ms-windows-store://pdp/?ProductId=9n4wgh0z6vhq
