I'm planning to upgrade/join Windows 11 to Windows Server 2016.
Will there be no problem and is this possible.

    As far as we know there shouldn't be any compatibility issue and it should just work.
    Just have to make sure you have installed all updates for the Windows Server 2016.
    Make sure Windows 11 is also update.
    In case you face any issue let us know.
    It is recommended to test your scenarios with small subset of clients first.
