Server stuck at preparing windows page

Hello,

I have a server with Windows server 2012 R2 OS and we keep on getting black screen while trying to RDP to the server. This started happening from September 2022. When I try to take console from hyper V and login, the sever is stuck at "Preparing Windows" page.

Was there any Windows patch at this time that is causing this issue? or is it something else? Any ideas?

FYI: SAP application is hosted on this server.

Any help would be appreciated!!

    I suggest you revert to your recent backup or checkpoint. I would suggest allowing a few hours for the update first, however.
