Administrator restriction after install KB5019959

Hello,

After installing last update KB5019959, many user of our Organisation can't open many applications Like Teams or other. The message "System Administrator blocked this app". We can't open Windows start button etc...
We can't uninstall the KB because windows taskbar and windows update menu is blocked too.
Please help.

    We have an identical problem. We are trying to solve it, but so far without success. Try installing the OpenShellMenu application, with it you will be able to enter the start menu

    Thanks for answer. We can't install OpenShellMenu application... Always the same restriction. On Wsus server we approved for delete the KB but didn't work.

    same problem here the update was made over a 21h2 version, trying now to install the 22h2 so see if it solves, tried dism, sfc re regiter start menu on powershell nothing

    when i try o unistall it removes it but then installs a new, one with other code.
