Hi there,

on my Ubuntu 22.04 Linux Workstation I switched using Teams Progressive Web App.

Problem:

If I click a Teams Meeting Link (within Edge - Outlook web access window) there seems to be no way to open the meeting in Teams Progressive Web App.
Instead it opens th known page with

  • open in this browser
  • download Linux App
  • open Microsoft Teams
    1. open a new Teams browser tab in Edge with a new Teams session :-(
    1. I do not want to install the old desktop app
    1. nothing happens as there is no (old) teams desktop app installed

Any help would be appreciated!

Chris

    Hi Chris,

Sorry I didn't find any documentation with detailed information on this.
While I tested in my lab and it was the same behavior so I suppose currently this is not supported.

If you have feedback for this feature, I would suggest posting in the Teams feedback forum to submit your feedback to Microsoft.
    Thanks for your understanding.
