How to download Hybrid Connection Manager Client?

Hello, it seems like something happend to the download page of the "Hybrid Connection Manager Client". The problem is that the client you receive from the download is an old client (0.2). I know that one month ago I got the latest client. The old client you receive now doesn´t work.

Am I looking at the wrong page?

    @Rasmus Karlsson We understand that you are trying to obtain the latest Hybrid Connection Manager Client software.

    The best location to get the latest version is from the Azure Portal.

    1. Navigate to portal.azure.com
    2. Navigate to your web app in the Azure portal
    3. Go to the networking blade of your web app
    4. Select "Hybrid Connections" under outbound traffic
    5. You should see a "download connection manager" button near the top left of this new blade

    I tested this myself and via the Azure Portal I was able to obtain client software 0.7.7.
