Intune - Hybrid AD Join Autopilot not working anymore - 0x80180005

Hello Team,
our Autopilot Hybrid AD Join is not working anymore. We didint change any setting.
The devices in OOBE, after loggin in with the Microsoft Account with Intune Licence, we get an imminet error 0x80180005 something went wrong. In the eventlog of the notebook are following errors in "DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostic":
MDM Enroll: Server Returned Fault/Code/Subcode/Value=(EnrollmentServer) Fault/Reason/Text=(Mismatch between ZTD Profile and enrollment request intent)
MDM Enroll: Failed to receive or parse certificate enroll response. Result: (Unknown Win32 Error code: 0x80180005)
The Hardware Hash of the device is succsessfully uploaded to Intune. Also the Autopilot Profile is in assigned status for the device. Azure AD Intune Connector is active in Intune and the configuration Profile for the hybrid join has the Computer Prefix= SG= und the OU path (distinguished) is correct.
Want can be the issue? I am not able to fix it. I already reinstalled the Notebook OS and readded the hardware hash. My Testuser has an Intune licence.
Is maybe the version of my Intune AD Connector too old my version: 6.2204.40.1?
Also my AD Intune Connector Server has no event log since 22.10.22.

For the error messages, after researching, I find it seems this profile is not explicitly assigned to the device in the background. For such issue, you need to open case to fix it. Here is a link with the steps to open case for your reference:
