I cannot create or open a script in Excel online

The ideia is to run a script in a Excel file in Sharepoint, but i just cannot create a script.

the error msg just says:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Close the tool panel to try again."
"Your scripts could not be loaded. Try again."

When I try in a different sharepoint with another account it works fine. What is causing this?

    Please check your sharepoint admin center setting if your sharepoint have enabled Office Script. Please follow the steps

    1. Access the Admin Center setting

    2. Open Office Scripts Settings

    3. Enable Office Scripts
